Federal Warranty Service Corporation, Sureway, Inc., Voyager Service Programs, Inc., Voyager Service
Warranties, Inc. and any other affiliate of such companies for which you are a servicer and for which
access to this site has been provided by the issuance of a user id and password by such company or
companies. “You,” “you,” or “User” refers to any visitor or registrant on this site. Upon entering
this site and using your userid and password, or attempting to register or access information on this
site, you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This Agreement, supersedes
any other contrary agreement with regard to this website (“Web Site”), or with regard to the userid and
password which is issued to you for the use of this Web Site.
This Web Site is limited to servicers of the above named Assurant Solutions companies who have been
issued a servicer id. Only companies with a servicer id and their employees, while acting as an employee
of the servicer, may register on this Web Site. Any attempts by any other unauthorized person to register
on or access this Web Site may result in legal action.
The User accepts responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of the userid and password. You must
promptly notify Assurant Solutions if you suspect that either your userid or password is suspected of
being disclosed or is known to have been disclosed to an unauthorized party. You should contact the
person, which has been designated as your contact for Assurant Solutions.
User also agrees to practice good faith in all transactions and will not knowingly perform any activity,
which would be detrimental to Assurant Solutions. Misrepresenting, obscuring, suppressing, or replacing
a User’s identity on any Assurant Solutions electronic communications system is forbidden. The user name,
electronic mail address, organizational affiliation, and related information provided by a User must
reflect the actual originator of the messages or postings. In addition, inputting of intentionally
incorrect or fraudulent data on this Web Site is strictly prohibited.
If information is accessed accidentally on this Web Site which is not intended for the User’s utilization,
any dissemination, distribution, or copying of such information is prohibited. In addition, if any
information is accidentally accessed on this Web Site or received by the User in error, User will
immediately destroy such information and notify Assurant Solutions.
User shall not share User’s userid or password with any person. User may not use the userid and password
unless User or the employer of User is a repair service provider of Assurant Solutions. If User leaves
the employment of the repair service provider of Assurant Solutions, User should promptly notify Assurant
Solutions and User may not utilize the userid and password. User should use User’s userid and password
only where the browser being used by User is capable of encryption and indicates that an encrypted
connection has been established. It is User’s obligation to secure and maintain the security of User’s
userid, password, and computer at all times. User shall ensure that User’s computer is free of any
spyware that can view or access the information viewed by User on this Web Site, before and after User
inputs User’s id or password. User agrees to close User’s browser after log-off to preclude data being
stored in User’s browser.
Assurant Solutions agrees to protect all personal and confidential information obtained from its clients
and customers in accordance with the Assurant Solutions Privacy Policy. Assurant Solutions will secure
all information provided during the registration process and during login to a specific application.
Assurant Solutions does not guarantee the security of information once it leaves the Assurant Solutions
network or that of its parent company.
In the event that User or User’s employer previously received authorizations for service by facsimile,
upon User’s use of this Web Site, User or User’s employer may no longer receive authorizations by
facsimile. Authorizations may be provided to User by e-mail notifying User that the repair has been
authorized. By utilizing this Web Site, User agrees to be contacted by e-mail for this business purpose.
User’s e-mail address will not be provided to third parties, except for the purpose as set forth in this
Agreement.
Encryption
Assurant Solutions will not permit confidential information to be sent over the Internet in readable form.
Assurant Solutions uses encryption where necessary to prevent sensitive data from being intercepted by
unauthorized sources.
Monitoring of Usage
Assurant Solutions utilizes access control facilities, which provide special logging and monitoring of User
activity. Specific reports are produced on a regular basis and these reports are reviewed by unusual or
unauthorized activities performed by Users.
Assurant Solutions cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information displayed on this Web Site, because the
information may come from a variety of sources, including clients that are customers of Assurant Solutions.
Should you encounter any information that is erroneous on this Web Site, please contact Assurant Solutions.
In addition, information regarding repair scheduling or work completion are provided by User’s who are
servicers and it is presumed that such information is correct, but its accuracy cannot be guaranteed by
Assurant Solutions.
The User, by sending an e-mail to Assurant Solutions, is agreeing that Assurant Solutions may communicate
with the User via the User’s e-mail address. Assurant Solutions agrees not to disclose the User’s e-mail
address to any third party, except as necessary to respond or address the User’s e-mail inquiry, message
or statement to Assurant Solutions. User agrees that Assurant Solutions may communicate with Assurant
Solutions regarding any service or products relating to or in connection with the User’s e-mail to Assurant
Solutions. If User does not desire to be contacted by Assurant Solutions by e-mail, the User should not
communicate with Assurant Solutions by e-mail. Assurant Solutions shall have no obligation to communicate
with the User by e-mail.
While Assurant Solutions wishes to promote the privacy of individual e-mail users, Assurant Solutions cannot
guarantee the security or privacy of the User’s e-mail transmission to Assurant Solutions. The User should
consider whether it is appropriate to use e-mail to send confidential messages or information to Assurant
Solutions. The User bears all responsibility for his or her use of e-mail. Assurant Solutions shall not be
responsible or liable for any actions of the User or for any consequences resulting from the User’s use of
e-mail, including but not limited to misaddressed, lost or undelivered e-mail messages.
ASSURANT SOLUTIONS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR INJURIES THAT ACCOMPANY OR RESULT FROM ANY USE
OF THIS WEB SITE. THESE INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY ANY: (1) USE OF, OR
INABILITY TO USE, THIS WEB SITE; (2) FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE; (3) ERROR; (4) OMISSION; (5) INTERRUPTION;

Assurant Solutions may have specific policy statements relating to the applications being accessed by a

This Agreement works in conjunction with any such policy statements. In the event of any conflict in terms
between the application policy statement (if any) and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall
control.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia,
without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
If any provision of this Agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that
provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability
of any remaining provisions.
Revisions to this Agreement may be made at any time. It is necessary for the User to periodically review this
Agreement for any changes. Assurant Solutions is not responsible for notifying the User of any updates to this
Agreement. It is implied that User agrees and accepts, and User hereby agrees and accepts, any amendments to
this Agreement without prior notification of any updates to this Agreement. Upon entering this Web Site, User
automatically agrees to any amendments.
